Refund and Cancellation

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order at any time before the book is dispatched. Write to me at hyuma.mahadevia@gmail.com with your order details. I refund the full amount to your original payment method, and the refund is initiated within 5 working days of your email.

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Pre-orders are dispatched from 26 October 2026. Write to me at hyuma.mahadevia@gmail.com with your order details.

Once the book is dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

A damaged, misprinted or incorrect copy

If your copy arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please write to me at hyuma.mahadevia@gmail.com within 2 working days of delivery, with your order details and photographs.

After the claim is verified, you may choose a replacement copy or a full refund. The return courier is arranged and paid for by me.

A replacement is dispatched, or a refund to your original payment method is initiated, within 5 working days of my receiving the returned book.

Other returns

Returns for other reasons are not accepted.

When the refund reaches you

After I initiate a refund, your bank may take a few more working days to credit it to your account.
